The Data Export feature allows the user to export key information from Company Profiles into an excel format so that you have the freedom to use the data for other complementary platforms.
Instructions:
- In the navigation menu, click "Exports" and then "Export Companies".
- Click "New Export"
- Filters are optional and are used to narrow your search results.
Add Fields
Click the "Add Fields" button to see a popup window with all of the available Company profile fields that you will be able to export. If the field is left unchecked, it will not appear on the export.
Once all the desired fields have been checked, click the "Close" button on the bottom right of the popup.
You will see a list of the fields that have been checked and at this time, you are able to place them in the order that you would like to appear in the spread sheet. ***note***field names will appear as column headers in the spreadsheet

Please take notice of the "Save This Export?" check box, which allows you to name the export and then come back to it for future use. Keep in mind, this is not a historical export that is only capturing the data as it appears at the time of export. Rather, saving an export means that you are saving the filters that are being applied so that you can run the same report/export in the future without having to start over each time.
