Create and Configure a Bank profile
Create profiles for Banks and their individual branches so that you can track the origin of a lead.
Creating a profile for either a Referral Bank or an Agent Bank allows you to organize your partner channel and be able to send automated reports to the Financial Institution that sent the lead to you, entrusting you with their customers.
Setup/Configuration Instructions
- In the navigation menu, first, click on Banks and then List.
- To add a bank to the list, click on the "+" button in the top right.
- Name the bank.
- Add the Residual Split the bank makes (Ex: 20%). This will only apply to the statement analysis residual forecaster.
- Adding the bank logo is optional. If you do indeed add the logo, then it will replace your company logo on the email proposals sent out to prospective merchants on the bank's behalf.
Email Report for Automated Reporting
Add the email addresses of anyone that you would like to receive an automated report of the following info:
- Excel spreadsheet with a list of all leads associated with the Bank
- The sales agent that has been assigned to each individual lead
- The current pipeline stage that the merchant is in.
- The last note that was taken on the merchant.
User Access
Be sure to check the box for each User that you want to have access to this Bank. If the user does not have access, they will not see the bank as an option to assign to the Company profile when receiving the lead.
Pricing Presets
Should you leave the "Hide Global Pricing Presets" box unchecked, then your sales team will be able to board a merchant to any of your Processor options. If you decide to check the "Hide Global Pricing Presets" box, then you will see a list of each individual Processor (Schedule A) and you will need to check which ones you would like to be available for merchants being referred by this specific bank.
*Note* This feature makes it possible for you to create a unique Schedule A for each referral or agent bank. To learn how to do that, read this tutorial.
Create Bank
Once you have completed everything on the page, be sure to hit the "Create Bank" button at the bottom of the screen.
