How do I propose a specific product or service to a merchant?

Clientvine allows you to propose any product or service that you can offer a merchant by building out your Schedule A and then presenting the information to the merchant through our presentation feature.

Within the Processor page, you can add all the products and services that can be offered to a prospective merchant at any time.  Adding them to Clientvine ensures that you or your team of agents always has access to valuable information when meeting with a prospective merchant.

Here are the quick instructions for adding products or services to 

1. Click on the Pricing menu
2. Click on Processors
3. Choose the appropriate processor and click on the Edit button.
4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Add An Optional Monthly Fee".
5. Be sure to specify the revenue share percentage between the ISO and the Processor.  Also, specify the revenue percentage that your agents can make over their cost.  This may differ from their normal residual split.  Ex: PCI Compliance is not always shared with agents, therefore you could put 0% in the Split to Agent field, which will then override the normal split the agent makes that is determined on their User Profile.
6. Once you have added the product or service, be sure to click the "Update Processor" button at the bottom of the screen.

You will now be able to propose the product or service to a prospective merchant while conducting a statement analysis!
